To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our practices & choices you can make about the way your information is collected & used.  We have chosen to make our policy available to you where personally identifiable information may be requested. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted to PSP, either by mail, phone, fax, or e mail.  We use the information provided for starting the process of assessing your situation to try helping you with your needs, & submitting your information for the approval process.  We do not share this information with any outside parties except to the extent necessary to send it to our various lenders thereby  beginning the pre-approval process & venders involved with the final approvals. Unless your application is being worked on, it is our normal policy to maintain your personal information in a file cabinet which is kept locked, so if the employee assigned to your application is absent from his/her work area, your information is secure.  There are times, however, where our client’s send us letters or testimonials telling us how satisfied they are with their loan results & experiences with PSP.  From time to time we do post those testimonials onto our website.  When that is the case, we always get their written permission to use their words, photographs & their identities.  We never do this without their written approval.  It is also understood, that if at anytime, you wish to have documents faxed or e-mailed to you, you are solely responsible if they are sent to an un-secure fax number or an un-secure internet provider on route to your e-mail address.  Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us in any way unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.  Should you have questions or concerns about these privacy policies, please call us at 1-800-542-9396 or send us an email to loup@pspfinancial.net.
